Meet Sheryl

Born in Pensacola, Florida, Sheryl moved to Los Angeles at the age of 6 and has been an Angeleno ever since. After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Economics, she went on to work for a major financial firm as a Senior Loan Accountant. Realizing success meant more to her than a top-floor, corner office, she resigned to spend more time with her one year old daughter and began her impressive career in real estate. 

Through Sheryl’s diligence and passion for the industry, she received many distinguished awards which included: placing in the Top 1% of 15,000 Agents in California and Hawaii, earning positions in the Presidents, Platinum, and 100% Clubs, and many more. 

Sheryl’s expertise and love for the industry expanded to developing new homes. She went on to successfully build infill communities in the South Bay Area, completing 34 single-family, new homes from the ground up. 

Sheryl’s career has been most fulfilling and highly rewarding using her proficiency to guide potential homeowners and families in selling and/or buying their dream home and developing homes and communities.
